What should I do if my Bourgeois Bohème payment device is lost or stolen?
If you suspect that your Bourgeois Bohème payment device has been used by a third party or it has been lost or stolen, please block your account as soon as possible, using the Bourgeois Bohème app. You can select the “Report Lost or Stolen” option in the Bourgeois Bohème app by navigating to Accounts > Card account > Payment devices> select the device > and choose Report lost or stolen. You can also contact your Personal Manager through the App, call our Customer Support line +44 203 7400 790, or write an email to support@bobofin.com to get assistance.
